  1. Shipping Methods: We offer shipping to the United States and Canada via USPS and Canada Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

  2. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States and 7-10 business days to Canada. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package and view delivery updates.

  5. International Shipping: We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  6. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered on time, shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other factors outside of our control. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with updates on the delivery status.
